BYOD Resources




BYOD allows students to continue learning on familiar devices at school. Students bring a variety of devices, so this become a challenge for teachers when planning.  

Research shows that building your own stuff boosts feelings of competence and pride. The Ikea effect of BYOD shows that when students bring their own devices, they are able to build their own learning. Students create products of learning that is authentic. Another benefit is that students will take ownership of their learning with a personal device.  -- Ikea Effect of BYOD
